this place has been under construction for years....I'd say at least five or six at this point.
Future site (and very likely, past site) of the Farm Stores in Toms River.
A tiny drive-through convenience store somehow thought opening right next door to a Wawa was a great idea. I drive past every day and almost never see a car there---how long before it's once again a vacant lot like this?
