The homeless man on Washington St and Whittier Ave in Toms River had this setup for himself in 2013. Here in 2019, the same man still occupies this corner most days, waving to nearly every car that passes him by.

The building is still there, but now it's a Santander bank. This was taken in 2009, looking north across Washington Street from the corner of Robbins St and Washington.
