The homeless man on Washington St and Whittier Ave in Toms River had this setup for himself in 2013.

Here in 2019, the same man still occupies this corner most days, waving to nearly every car that passes him by.

    What is/was his name? I haven’t seen him in a little bit, and I know a homeless man was found dead behind Kohl’s last month. I wonder, was that him?

    I don't know his name, but he's still around. Often on that same corner, or at the Wawa.
