Farm Store on Route 37 went under, as predicted.

 Route 37 Toms River.  Bad idea to open a half assed convenience store right next to Wawa.  Some vandals had some fun with the sign (It used to say 'Creamery Donuts Every Wednesday')

 This place replaced Joe Joe's Italian Hot Dogs on Route 37.  Took this pic in Dec 2022.  Less than a year later it has already been replaced by another eatery.

 Didn't even make it to mid-2023.  It will soon be a Taco shop. Who thought a tiny little drive-up convenience store would be a good idea immediately next door to a Wawa?
