Thomas M. Gifford died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Henry Van Lew, Point Pleasant, on Wednesday, in his 67th year. The deceased was a veteran of the Civil War, and he was an active member of the G.A. R. Post. For many years past he had held the office of constable. Four daughters and a son survive him.
