John Woolley arrested, 1923

John B. Woolley, arrested in Gloucster City, pleaded guilty to stealing a rod and reel, compass and other articles from the yacht Emma B, Capt. George Quinn, of Tuckerton, on which he sailed. He was arrested at Gloucester by the state Police and brought to the county jail Monday. Sentence next Wednesday
