YEARS WHO WAS INFORMED BY ME OF THE CONTENTS THEREOF.

THE PLAINTIFFS APPEARED AND FILED THEIR STATE OF DEMAND AND A COPY OF THEIR ACCOUNT WITH AN
AFFIDAVIT OF ONE OF THE PLAINTIFFS THAT THE COPY HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM THEIR BOOKS IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE ACT CONSTITUTING COURTS FOR THE TRIAL OF SMALL CAUSES, APPROVED APRIL
16TH 1846 AND FURTHER supplement approved april 3d 1873.
THE DEFENDANTS NOT APPEARING AND NO SUFFICIENT REASON BEING ASSIGNED WHY THEY DO NOT APPEAR, I
PROCEEDED TO HEAR AND DETERMINE THEIR CASE IN THEIR ABSENCE.
WHEREFOR I DO RENDER JUDGMENT IN FAVOR THE PLAINTIFFS AGAINST THE DEFENDANT
TO PAY TWENTY TWO DOLLARS AND 57 CENTS DEBT AND FIVE DOLLARS AND FIVE CENTS COST OF SUIT.
THE PLAINTIFF ATTORNEY APPEARED BEFORE ME AND DEMANDED AN EXECUTION. I FOUND EXECUTION
AGAINST THE DEFENDANTS FOR THE AFORESAID DEBT AND PLACED IT IN THE HANDS OF SMITH COWDRICK CONSTABLE.

THE ABOVE EXECUTION AND COSTS PAID INFULL THIS DAY THE AMOUNT OF JUDGMENT (22.57) PAID TO THEIR ATTORNEY.
