Frank J. James who some time ago was convicted of Paul's murder, was brought before the court in Camden and informed that he would be sentenced on February 25, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. He was to have been sentenced Monday, but owing to the Shuck trial being delayed the date was advanced.
