A wedding record recorded by Betty Grant of the Ocean County Historical Society mentions that Belford Russel Lawrence of Cedar Crest, age 23, married Ida Winton of Barnegat, NJ. (Belford was born in Port Norris, NJ and worked as a sawyer in 1912. His parents were Charles Lawrence and Margaret Randolph. Ida's parents were James Winton and Sarah Applegate.)
